What needed to change
A multi-vendor business needed a coherent application around vendor interaction, commerce data, payments, and location workflows.
Working within real constraints
Multiple third-party systems and changing business requirements needed clear ownership and maintainable integration boundaries. Client-specific screens are not published.

- Designed and built the SvelteKit platform and its data architecture.
- Integrated Stripe, Shopify, Commerce7, and mapping workflows.
- Took ongoing responsibility for architecture, integrations, roadmap planning, and delivery.
