Privacy notice
This website is operated by Denver James Duran. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to denver02.james14@gmail.com.
Information you provide
The contact form stores your name, email, optional phone and company, subject, message, and the time you consented to a response. I use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a message does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
If you create an account, account details and the work you submit are used to provide the client workspace. Avoid putting sensitive customer information, passwords, or payment-card details in messages or uploads.
Hosting and security
The site uses Cloudflare hosting and storage. Hosting services may process connection and request information to deliver and secure the website. Contact-form abuse protection stores short-lived hashed network/email identifiers rather than raw network addresses. These counters expire after 24 hours and are removed in bounded batches during later submissions.
Cookies and measurement
Account sessions require cookies. When provider tracking is configured, browser-based marketing measurement is on by default in the Philippines, Australia, and the United States, with a notice and a control to turn it off. It stays off elsewhere until you allow it. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal turns it off everywhere and overrides a saved on choice. Measurement is not needed to contact me or use the workspace.
Use the “Measurement preferences” footer link or the settings icon to review or change your device setting. Explicit choices are kept for 30 days. If enabled, Google Tag Manager delivers only owner-configured Google and Meta events; form contents, credentials, and workspace content are excluded. Campaign identifiers are kept in your browser session by default. They are associated with your account only after an explicit measurement choice and are snapshotted when an engagement is created. Confirmed paid engagements have a stable conversion identifier; opening payment instructions is not a purchase. Turning measurement off while signed in clears current account attribution. Historical engagement/payment records remain business records.
Access, retention, and deletion
Inquiry and engagement information is accessible only to authorized operators and, where applicable, the client it belongs to. Information is retained while needed to respond, provide the engagement, or maintain required business records. You can request access, correction, or deletion using the email above. Some engagement or security records may need to be retained; I’ll explain any limitation when responding.
